Valet - Porter
Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and departure.

Take charge of, park and return vehicles.

Keep the entrance and surroundings of the establishment immaculate.

Assist with the careful transport and handling of luggage.

Be available to support the concierge team with various tasks.

Manage guests’ specific requests with responsiveness and courtesy.
-
Inform guests about hotel services and the local area.
-
Contribute to the prestigious image and standing of the Palace.
Profile sought
-
Excellent presentation and impeccable attitude.
-
Strong attention to detail, rigour and daily dynamism.
-
Good interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
-
Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus.
-
Valid driving licence in Switzerland (impeccable driving record).

Fluency in French and a minimum level of English for clientele.

Ability to handle unforeseen events calmly and professionally.

Elegant and discreet nature, passionate about the Palace environment.
