Your Tasks

With your timely and reliable appointment scheduling, you contribute an important part to patient care.
Coordinating appointments with various departments sometimes requires a bit of creativity and perseverance. It is also important that occasional hectic moments do not unsettle you. If you enjoy all this, you are in the right place with us.
Besides our patients/parents, you also support other external and internal persons with questions or concerns wherever and however you can; mostly by telephone but also by e-mail.
You do not leave your colleagues out in the cold and are happy to provide support during holiday cover or when things are busier there than with you.

Your Profile

Professional experience as a scheduler in healthcare
IT knowledge of the tools PEP, RAP and PHOENIX is an advantage
Very good language skills in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
Organised, structured and service-oriented personality
