IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Providing 1st and 2nd level support and resolving user issues
Installation and configuration of clients, peripherals and workstation systems
Ensuring a stable and reliable IT service operation
Maintenance, servicing and optimisation of IT services and systems
Customer-oriented support with technical concerns
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with at least 4 years of professional experience in a similar role
Experience in IT support and user assistance
Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Independent and solution-oriented working style
Very good German language skills
