Responsibilities:
Technical support for customers, installers and service partners regarding heat pumps and related system components
Analysis and resolution of technical faults as well as development of practical solution proposals
Support during commissioning, adjustment and optimisation of heat pump systems
Assessment of technical issues and support in finding solutions in collaboration with internal specialist departments
Consultation on control technology, hydraulics and efficient operation of heating systems
Handling technical enquiries by phone and email
Documentation of support cases, fault analyses and measures taken
Support in product training and conveying technical expertise to customers and partners
Close cooperation with customer service, field service as well as development and product departments
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training in heating, building technology, electrical engineering or a comparable field
Ideally professional experience in heat pumps, heating systems, control technology or technical customer service
Good understanding of hydraulic and electrical engineering contexts
Ability to systematically analyse technical faults and develop sustainable solutions
Enjoyment of customer contact and clear communication of complex technical content
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong service orientation, teamwork and communication skills
Confident handling of digital tools and technical documentation
Very good German language skills
