Role:
Do you want to combine your purchasing experience with leadership responsibility? As Team Leader Purchasing Food Industry 100%, you will shape the procurement of important materials, develop supplier relationships further, and lead your team with a clear focus on quality and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
You take on the professional and personnel management of two employees and ensure successful collaboration.
You are responsible for the procurement of production and packaging materials, ensuring appropriate quality standards and economical conditions.
You develop business relationships with existing and new suppliers and review their performance.
You conduct negotiations on prices and contract terms and take care of the corresponding agreements.
You monitor market developments and new sources of supply and use the insights gained for purchasing decisions.
You keep an eye on costs and budget targets and ensure compliance with the agreed guidelines.
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience in purchasing.
A higher education in business administration or economics is an advantage.
You are confident in using MS Office and SAP.
You communicate well in German, French, and English, both orally and in writing.
You convince through negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a confident manner.
You work independently, purposefully, and committedly and keep an overview even under high workload.
You are characterised by team orientation, interconnected thinking, and open, forward-looking communication.
