You connect IT operations, applications and business
You take on a central role in daily IT operations while ensuring that systems, applications and interfaces are continuously developed. You coordinate external partners, support departments and accompany IT projects from planning to implementation.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the reliable operation of the IT system landscape and continuously develop it.
You manage and optimise applications, IT tools and interfaces and oversee their expansion.
You coordinate external IT partners across various support levels and ensure efficient 2nd-level support.
You lead IT and organisational projects and accompany their implementation.
You create and maintain process, system and IT documentation.
You support employees in using IT systems and conduct training if necessary.
You work closely with departments and act as an interface between business, IT and external service providers.
You are responsible for managing IT hardware and the associated infrastructure.
Qualifications:
You have training in computer science or business informatics, for example as an EFZ computer scientist, or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of professional experience in the IT environment, ideally as an application manager or in a similar role.
You preferably have experience in an SME or manufacturing company.
You are familiar with ERP systems and have a good understanding of applications, interfaces, data flows and business processes.
You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and server administration.
Ideally, you have knowledge of CRM, production or infrastructure processes.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner and like to take responsibility.
You bring a pronounced hands-on mentality and a high service standard.
You can explain technical contexts clearly and present yourself patiently and user-oriented.
You speak fluent German and ideally French; English skills are an advantage.
