In your role as Project Manager Real Estate, you will work closely with the local infrastructure team and be integrated into the regional organisation. At the same time, you are an important link between the clinic and the corporate office, representing the interests of the Hirslanden Group in the long-term real estate development and maintenance strategy.

YOUR TASKS

• Client and owner representation for investment projects of the Hirslanden Group in the Central Switzerland supply region
• Main contact for external planning teams and support of procurement processes in real estate projects
• Project management on the client side and implementation of projects (control of quality, costs, deadlines, approval of the corresponding phase documents)
• Development of the real estate strategy at the supply region and property level as well as leading user groups in defining user needs and operational concepts
• Management of the maintenance planning of the properties (10-year perspective)
• Support in the preparation of investment proposals and the management in the medium-term planning of construction projects, replacement investments, conversions, and renovations

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed education as an architect or civil engineer at ETH / FH level or as a certified construction technician FH / HF site manager, business management training advantageous
• Several years of professional experience in project management and representation towards authorities
• Experience with complex construction projects (e.g. in healthcare, hospitality, or emergency services) is essential
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of assertiveness and persuasiveness
• Professional and polished appearance with strong interpersonal and communication skills
