Accounting All-Rounder with IT Affinity 100% (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a leading and independent brewery that combines genuine craftsmanship with modern processes, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual to complement the finance team. You will actively take on the interface between finance and IT and optimise existing accounting processes as well as their digitalisation. In a family-like, traditional working environment with flat hierarchies, you will have genuine scope to shape results and processes actively.
Responsibilities:
You actively and independently contribute to financial, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
You assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
You form the interface between finance and IT, optimise existing accounting processes, digitalise workflows and utilise the potential of the ERP system; you also take on project management of IT projects
You prepare evaluations and financial data as a basis for decision-making for management and the board of directors
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting (e.g. accounting clerk) as well as knowledge of MS Office and Abacus
You bring several years of experience as a generalist in accounting
You show a strong affinity for digital tools, very good ERP knowledge and a pronounced enthusiasm for process automation
You think analytically, work very independently with a hands-on mentality and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic team
Trainer competence is not a must but a valuable addition, as young people are supported on their way into the working world
