Technician: All-rounder

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the maintenance and repair of various systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and water treatment systems
• You troubleshoot faults in building services systems
• You carry out repairs on logistics equipment as well as on doors, gates, and windows
• You assist in the service sector, for example with office moves or setting up company rooms
• You perform periodic functional checks
• You take responsibility for the care and maintenance of system documentation and participate in projects

Requirements

• Ideally, you have completed basic training as a heating or sanitary installer
• You have knowledge of control and regulation technology for HVAC as well as electrical engineering
• You work independently, reliably, and carefully
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in facility management or a similar environment
• You hold a category B driving licence
