HVAC Maintenance Technician (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will check the periodic operation of HVAC installations
• You will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance actions on ventilation, air conditioning and heating installations
• You will analyse, diagnose and intervene on various technical faults
• You will optimise the operation of the control loops of HVAC installations
• You will carry out measurement and balancing campaigns of hydraulic and aerodynamic installations
• You will participate in the functional tests of the control systems of critical installations
• You will handle technical alarms on the supervision tool
• You will ensure the follow-up of a team of contractors responsible for the maintenance of HVAC installations

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma/ES technician in thermal or energy engineering or equivalent
• You have proven experience in maintaining complex HVAC installations in industrial buildings.
• You have a very good command of the supervision tool and the configuration of installations on the BMS
• You are rigorous, flexible and have a very good team spirit
• You are an excellent communicator, have a strong customer orientation and very good priority management
• You are geographically mobile to work in the canton of Vaud
