Accounting Manager

For our client, a scale-up in the energy sector in the Lausanne region, we are looking for an Accounting Manager, ideally with a Federal Diploma.
A perfect position to transition between GL Accountant and Manager.

Reporting to the CFO and acting as a true right-hand, your responsibilities will be to:

- Manage daily accounting: AP, AR, bank reconciliations for Switzerland and international entities
- Monthly and quarterly closing processes, P&L analysis
- VAT declarations
- Payroll management
- Liaison with external auditors
- Analytical tasks: budget analysis, forecasting
- Process improvement
- Coaching 1-2 people

We are looking for someone with:
- Federal Diploma (strong asset)
- 5 years of accounting experience with initial exposure to analytical accounting
- English B2+ minimum
- Proficiency in an ERP such as Business Central, SAP, etc.
- Salary: 100/110K CHF - negotiable, 80% workload possible
