Based in French-speaking Switzerland, our partner operates in the construction sector. It is a large organisation with a family-like working environment. They are currently seeking a full-time accountant with a federal diploma to join their team.

Your tasks with your new employer

• Management of general and commercial accounting for several companies: entry of accounting records, analytical allocations, preparation of VAT returns, communication with administrations and competent authorities.
• Organisation, filing and electronic management of documents (EDM): correspondence, bank statements, supplier invoices and other accounting documents.
• Monitoring payments, managing relationships with suppliers and clients, as well as handling routine requests.
• Preparation of financial reports and monitoring tables for the Management and managers.
• Participation in interim and annual closings, preparation of financial statements in accordance with current guidelines and contribution to audit procedures.
• Reconciliation, control and monitoring of balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure the reliability of financial data.
• Active collaboration with the accounting team, support for daily activities and sharing of tasks according to needs.

You offer your new employer

• Holder of the Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting.
• Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Solid experience gained over several years in a similar role.
• Autonomous, rigorous, precise and dynamic person, with excellent organisational skills and a strong team spirit.
