100% Accountant Lausanne

• Perform and supervise accounting, taxation and reporting for the Swiss subsidiaries of the group.
• Lead the integration of acquisitions, structuring projects and manage an accounting team.

I am currently recruiting a Swiss Accountant (100%) on a permanent contract in Lausanne for an international group active in engineering and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise all accounting, tax and reporting activities of the Swiss entities, ensuring the quality of closings, compliance of declarations and reliability of financial data.
• Support the integration of new companies within the group, harmonise accounting processes and participate in structuring and optimisation projects of the financial organisation.
• Manage a small accounting team while maintaining strong operational involvement in technical matters.
• Carry out the entire accounting for one of the subsidiaries.
• Work closely with local management and international financial teams on accounting, tax and consolidation issues.
• Regular travel to Geneva.

Candidate Profile

• Higher education in accounting, finance or equivalent.
• Proven experience in general accounting within a multi-company environment in Switzerland.
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting and taxation.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close contact with teams and management.
• First experience in management or transversal leadership.
• French C2 and English B1-B2.
• Pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented personality, enjoying transforming environments.
