Construction Manager / Architecture & Execution Planning (m/f/d)
Role:
You have experience in construction management and execution planning and want to accompany demanding architectural projects in Switzerland? You can expect a long-term role on projects with high design and constructive demands - across various service phases.
Responsibilities:
Accompanying demanding architectural projects across various service phases
Independent management of construction management
Participation in tendering and execution planning
Coordination and collaboration with project and construction management teams
Implementation of high design and constructive quality standards
Communication and coordination with the various project stakeholders
Qualifications:
Training as a construction manager or architect
Several years of experience in construction management, tendering and execution planning in Switzerland
Strong interest in architecture and design
High constructive understanding and quality awareness
Independent, structured and communicative working style
Enjoyment of collaboration in the project and construction management team
Good knowledge of common IT programmes
Very good German language skills spoken and written
