Head of Finance & Controlling (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the finance and accounting of the entire corporate group at our ROCKEN partner in Basel. You will combine operational accounting with consolidation, reporting, and financial controlling. You will lead two employees and advise the management and department heads on financial matters.
Responsibilities:
You will manage the accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER 21 and be responsible for consolidation, reporting, as well as the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
You will advise the management and department heads on financial matters. Additionally, you will support the annual budgeting process and prepare the consolidated budget.
In projects, you will take on financial controlling and ensure compliance with work processes and budgets.
You will set up the accounting software and oversee its ongoing use.
You will lead your two employees and occasionally support the training of interns and apprentices.
Qualifications:
You have a qualified education in finance and bring several years of professional experience in this field.
Good knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and VAT as well as balance sheet expertise distinguish you.
Your working style is pragmatic and solution-oriented. You actively participate in the operational day-to-day business.
