Parmaco Metal Injection Moulding AG in Fischingen (TG) is a Swiss specialist in Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) and develops and produces sophisticated, highly precise metal components for various industrial applications. Where high demands on quality, complex geometries and tight tolerances come together, Parmaco applies its technological expertise.

We are looking on behalf of a personality who carries this expertise externally, recognises new business opportunities and wins customers for technically convincing solutions as Technical Sales Field Service 80-100% (a).

Tasks You will take on technical project sales and further develop the European market with a focus on Germany and a special emphasis on medical technology. You accompany your customers from the initial idea, through technical solution finding to successful project completion and build long-term, trusting business relationships.

• You identify and specifically win new customers and projects with potential for MIM technology.
• You further develop existing customer relationships, combining hunter and farmer qualities.
• You work closely with internal departments such as design, project management, production and quality management.
• You represent Parmaco at customers, industry events and selected trade fairs.

Requirements You combine technical understanding with enthusiasm for sales and can communicate complex solutions clearly and convincingly. In doing so, you build trust, recognise business potential and persistently follow through demanding projects to completion.

• You have experience in technical B2B sales or project sales of products or solutions requiring explanation.
• You bring good technical understanding; experience in medical technology, metal processing, injection moulding or related manufacturing technologies is an advantage.
• You are a convincing and agile, independent personality with acquisition strength, closing orientation and pronounced relationship management skills.
• You communicate confidently in German, have business fluent English skills and corresponding willingness to travel complete your profile.

To enable you to advise your customers competently and on equal terms, you will be intensively and practically trained in MIM technology and product development at Parmaco. Look forward to a long-term role in a technologically demanding and exciting environment.
