Engineering Lead - .NET & React (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Technical and personnel leadership as well as coaching of a software development team with fewer than 10 employees
Strategic further development of the software engineering department and active co-design of the customer portal
Ensuring software quality, architectural standards and best practices in close collaboration with stakeholders
Responsibility for the entire software development lifecycle from conception to productive operation
Promotion of modern cloud, AI and development technologies as well as evaluation of new applications of Azure OpenAI
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in web development with .NET and/or React
Several years of experience in team leadership, coaching or engineering leadership
Sound knowledge in software development, software architecture, Azure Cloud and agile methods
Experience in the entire product development lifecycle as well as with Azure OpenAI and LLM-based APIs
Higher education in computer science (ETH/Uni/FH) is an advantage, fluent German and English skills as well as residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
