You can expect a versatile role where you can apply your technical skills purposefully and actively contribute to the further development of IT security. You will have the opportunity to take on responsibility, contribute your own ideas, and implement sustainable solutions together with a committed team.
Responsibilities:
You will further develop a modern IT security infrastructure and be responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of security solutions with Fortinet, GCP, and Sophos.
You will manage the identity and access management systems (IAM) and ensure that identities, access rights, and authentication processes function reliably and securely.
You will identify potential threats early, analyse security events, and implement targeted measures in the area of vulnerability management and patch management.
You will analyse security incidents, identify their causes, and develop sustainable solutions. Additionally, you will support the team as needed in the IT on-call service.
You will actively contribute your expertise, advise employees on security issues, and promote a sustainable security culture through targeted security awareness measures.
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT education at EFZ, HF, or FH level and have at least three years of professional experience in IT security or security engineering.
You have solid knowledge in the administration of Fortinet solutions. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as well as knowledge of SCIM and SAML are advantageous.
You are familiar with relevant security standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST and know how to implement them in practice.
You work analytically, independently, and solution-oriented, enjoy taking responsibility, and approach technical challenges in a structured and pragmatic manner.
You communicate confidently in German and have good to very good English skills (B2-C1) for exchange with international partners and technical contacts.
