Your tasks

• Independent management and organisation of construction sites
• Personnel management, deployment planning, and coordination of the site team
• Monitoring quality, deadlines, costs, and occupational safety
• Contact person for clients, architects, planners, and subcontractors
• Material ordering, reporting, and maintaining the construction diary

• Completed training in the construction trade with further education as a certified construction foreman
• Several years of professional experience in site management and personnel leadership
  
• Assertiveness, organisational skills, and solution-oriented thinking
  
• Good computer skills and experience with digital construction management tools
  
• Category B driving licence and confident German language skills in spoken and written form
