In this position, you ensure a professional and friendly service for passengers in the Transit Hotel, in the Family Services, and at children’s birthday parties. You are the contact person for our multicultural guests and ensure they have a pleasant experience with us at Zurich Airport.

Your job destination

• In the Family Service Lounge, you welcome and support families with children, ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere as well as cleanliness and order
• Another task is managing the PRM reception. You assist PRM guests with their concerns and maintain close contact with PRM dispatch to ensure all guests are accompanied to their flight on time
• In the Transit Hotel, you welcome our guests, conduct check-in/check-out, handle reservations, and sell rooms and rest lounges as well as additional services. You perform administrative tasks and are responsible for the correct management of the shift cash register
• Together with our Visitor Services team, you organise unforgettable children’s birthday parties for local families
• You bring the willingness to work flexible shifts 365 days a year between 06:00 and 22:00, with occasional night shifts at the hotel

Your skills in your luggage

• Training or experience in reception/front desk or another service sector
• You have a confident command of MS Office & cash register systems and are able to learn new IT systems quickly and reliably
• Thanks to your communication skills and your solution-oriented and independent working style, you always ensure professional service at our various workplaces
• You possess very good oral and written language skills in German and English; any additional language is an advantage
