Clerk: Incoming Goods, 80-100%
Tasks
- You process incoming goods promptly and correctly, check quantities and quality according to internal guidelines, and document deviations as well as process disruptions
- You support the incoming goods team management in the operational daily business and in the daily coordination of the team
- Planning the daily routine and coordinating tasks within the team are also part of the role, as well as liaising with internal departments and external service providers
- Administrative tasks such as truck notifications, planning container unloadings, managing the email inbox, and maintaining relevant master data complete the range of duties
- If needed, you actively assist in incoming goods and support the team with other operational tasks
Requirements
- A completed basic education as a logistics specialist EFZ and practical experience in incoming goods or a comparable logistics environment are prerequisites
- Fluent German skills and the ability to communicate information clearly, understandably, and appropriately to the audience distinguish you
- You have experience with SAP and WAMAS; you are proficient in common Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel
- A valid SUVA-recognised forklift licence, physical resilience, and willingness to actively participate in operational work are required
