Your area of responsibility

• Together with your team colleagues, you ensure smooth administration and take on tasks such as collecting patient data, recording services, patient reception and resource coordination
• As the first point of contact, you competently assist secretariats, outpatient clinics, referrers as well as patients
• The planning and coordination of examination appointments is also part of your versatile area of responsibility and contributes to an efficient process in everyday radiology
• General secretarial tasks complete your varied field of activity

Your experience

• A completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or further training as a Medical Secretary forms the basis for this role; ideally, you also bring professional experience in a comparable environment
• Even in a dynamic workday, you keep an overview, set priorities confidently and work in an organised manner
• With your service-oriented and communicative manner, you meet patients as well as internal and external stakeholders professionally and appreciatively
• Discretion in handling sensitive patient data, flexibility and reliability are a matter of course for you
