Responsibilities:
- Management of accounts payable and receivable to ensure smooth processing.
- Allocation and posting of invoices in the respective systems.
- Dunning and receivables management to minimise payment defaults.
- Reconciliation and monitoring of accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in collaboration with the finance team.
- Creation of financial reports and analyses to support management decisions.
- Participation in budgeting and liquidity planning to ensure financial stability.
- Support in optimising financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training providing a solid foundation.
- Further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma is an advantage.
- Several years of professional experience in finance, ideally in a similar position.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel for creating reports and analyses.
- Experience with accounting software such as SAP or Abacus to handle complex booking processes securely.
- Structured and precise working style combining accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking to process complex financial data.
- German at native speaker level, additional languages are advantageous and facilitate communication.
