As part of its development, our client is looking for a Global HRBP Manager – Strategy & Development. Reporting directly to the HR management, you will hold a cross-functional role combining strategic support for global teams, management of HR operations at the Swiss headquarters, and oversight of remuneration matters.
Your tasks with your new employer
Define and deploy global guidelines regarding remuneration and social benefits.
Be a key contact for leaders and support them in their HR decisions.
Supervise HR activities at the Swiss headquarters and ensure the quality of the employee journey.
Develop processes related to talent management, succession, and performance.
Manage strategic recruitments as well as international mobility and internal career development.
Lead specialised resources in HR operations and remuneration.
Advise managers on organisational, engagement, and retention issues.
Ensure compliance with Swiss legal frameworks regarding employment, payroll, and social insurance.
You offer your new employer
Several years of experience in human resources, ideally in an international and matrix environment.
Strong expertise in remuneration, job classification, benchmarking, and variable pay systems.
Proven experience in HR Business Partnering with senior executives and international functions.
Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law, payroll, and social insurance.
Experience in management and support of HR professionals or specialists.
Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
A university degree in human resources, management, or an equivalent field, as well as full proficiency in French and English.
