As part of its development, our client is looking for a Global HRBP Manager – Strategy & Development. Reporting directly to the HR management, you will hold a cross-functional role combining strategic support for global teams, management of HR operations at the Swiss headquarters, and oversight of remuneration matters.

Your tasks with your new employer

• Define and deploy global guidelines regarding remuneration and social benefits.

• Be a key contact for leaders and support them in their HR decisions.

• Supervise HR activities at the Swiss headquarters and ensure the quality of the employee journey.

• Develop processes related to talent management, succession, and performance.

• Manage strategic recruitments as well as international mobility and internal career development.

• Lead specialised resources in HR operations and remuneration.

• Advise managers on organisational, engagement, and retention issues.

• Ensure compliance with Swiss legal frameworks regarding employment, payroll, and social insurance.

You offer your new employer

• Several years of experience in human resources, ideally in an international and matrix environment.

• Strong expertise in remuneration, job classification, benchmarking, and variable pay systems.

• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering with senior executives and international functions.

• Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law, payroll, and social insurance.

• Experience in management and support of HR professionals or specialists.

• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

• A university degree in human resources, management, or an equivalent field, as well as full proficiency in French and English.
