A recognised specialist in trenchless pipeline installation is expanding its presence in French-speaking Switzerland. The first projects have been completed. Now it needs the person who will make it a market.

The client

A family-owned company with an international reach, specialising in the installation and rehabilitation of trenchless pipelines: microtunnelling, directional drilling and rehabilitation for drinking water, wastewater, energy, district heating and telecommunications. The Swiss site is solid, the processes are short and decisions are swift.

Your mission

• You open the French-speaking market: municipalities, industrial services, cantons, engineering offices and construction companies.
• You identify projects upstream, know which tenders are coming and bring the right people to the table.
• You prepare bids with support from headquarters for calculations, submissions and administration.
• You are on site four to five days a week, with clients and on construction sites.
• You give the company a face in French-speaking Switzerland and organise a client event each year.
• You lay the foundations of a local structure which you will then lead.

Your profile

• Civil engineer HES, EPF, certified construction entrepreneur or equivalent training
• Solid experience in civil engineering, pipeline installation or special works
• An established network in French-speaking Switzerland: you know who decides and who matters locally
• The spirit of an entrepreneur: autonomous, eager to sell and genuinely interested in the technical aspects
• Native French speaker or equivalent level, German at least B2 desired
• Residence in French-speaking Switzerland or the French border region
