System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibility for operation and system engineering in the areas of servers, virtualisation, backup, security scans, patching, Azure/M365, automation and monitoring
Handling and analysing complex incidents at 2nd and 3rd level, including implementation of solutions
Performing system backups, processing change/problem management checklists and ensuring data backup policies
Maintaining up-to-date documentation and actively participating in IT infrastructure projects
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (EFZ) or comparable qualification, with several years of experience as an ICT system engineer
Solid knowledge of virtualisation, Microsoft and Linux systems; advantage: PKI, OpenShift, authentication, scripting
Independent, service-oriented working style with strong communication skills
Willingness for on-call duty (every 2-3 months) and flexible work outside office hours
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
