System Administration for IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Administration of Microsoft infrastructures (Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365) for around 80 users
Operation and further development of hybrid and cloud environments (on-premises, Azure, Entra ID)
Responsibility for network, firewall, VPN and IT security including policies and access controls
Support of IP telephony and Microsoft Teams as well as structured 1st-/2nd-level support with thorough documentation
Automation using scripting/Intune (MDM) and active participation in IT projects (migrations, M365, security)
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (EFZ) or IT degree with equivalent qualification
Solid experience with Microsoft Server, Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, Exchange and SharePoint
Practical experience in operating hybrid and cloud infrastructures (on-premises, Azure)
Confident handling of network, firewall, VPN, IT security and modern identity concepts
Structured, service-oriented working style in 1st-/2nd-level support as well as interest in automation, scripting and endpoint management (e.g. Intune, Mosyle MDM)
Very good German and good English skills spoken and written
