Lead Nurse in Health Prevention and Promotion 80%

To complete our team, we are looking for a

MISSION
As a lead nurse in health prevention and promotion, you will carry out annual or multi-annual assessments of clients receiving household help services, TMR, and family assistance. You will promote the prevention of functional decline in the clients for whom you are responsible. Additionally, you will occasionally provide nursing and basic care at the homes of individuals with physical, psychological dependency or disabilities.

PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or an equivalent qualification
  (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• Ability to work independently and handle complex situations
• Good communication skills and adaptability to change
• Confidence in managing files
• Knowledge of common computer tools
• Driving licence
