Our client SWISSGRID is the national grid company. It does not produce electricity itself but transports the energy produced by power plants to consumption centres via its transmission network.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced individual immediately for approximately 3-6 months at the Aarau location.

Main tasks
- Posting accounts payable invoices
- Validating and completing accounts payable invoices
- Monitoring approval workflows in SAP and intervening if necessary
- Checking account assignments, processing accounts payable reminders
- Supporting Swissgrid employees in all accounts payable process steps
- Creating invoice pool list in month-end closing
- Performing all required internal control system checks in accounts payable
- Maintaining process documentation, preparing evaluations and statistics
Qualifications:
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
- Further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
- SAP and Excel skills required, SAP VIM / S/4 HANA advantageous
- Several years of experience in accounts payable is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel), SAP S/4 HANA
- German: native language, French and/or English advantageous
