We are looking for reinforcement in internal sales for an internationally operating industrial company.
Your Tasks
- Receiving customer enquiries
- Advising customers
- Order processing
- Following up on quotations
- Creating export documents
- Handling complaints
- Supporting the internal sales management
- Supporting the field sales staff
Our Requirements
- Commercial training with a flair for technical products
- Professional experience in internal sales is an advantage
- Good user knowledge of MS Office products
- Good foreign language skills in English and/or French
- Down-to-earth person with good manners
- Enjoyment of teamwork and customer contact
