Operations Technician (M/F)

Your mission:

As part of strengthening its teams, our client is seeking an Operations Technician (M/F). A true technical support for the teams, you contribute to the smooth running and performance of the workshop, while actively participating in the improvement of products, processes and production means.

Activities:
• Ensure the operational availability and proper functioning of production means and tooling.
• Provide technical support to production teams and contribute to their guidance and training.
• Participate in the qualification of new products and the commissioning of new production means.
• Contribute to the analysis and resolution of quality deviations in collaboration with the various stakeholders involved.
• Lead working groups aimed at improving workshop performance and ensure effective communication with the different actors.
• Propose and lead continuous improvement projects related to products and processes.
• Participate in monitoring and analysing workshop performance indicators.

Your profile:

• Holder of a ES Technician diploma or HES Engineer degree, ideally in mechanics or microtechnology.
• Good command of IT tools related to monitoring and managing workshop performance (ERP, production management tools).
• Strong interest in fieldwork, technical matters and continuous improvement projects.
• Rigour, autonomy, initiative and excellent organisational skills.
• Good facilitation, listening, analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a team.
