Ventilation Building Services Planner (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 90,000This ROCKEN partner is a medium-sized company in building services planning. They support their clients with sustainable projects and assist from strategic planning through to operation.
Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a specialist as a Building Services Planner: Ventilation for the technical planning and handling of diverse building services projects. You will accompany projects through several SIA phases and create precise project, execution, and detail plans using Autodesk Revit / MEP. Your technical focus areas include the calculation of air volumes and pressure losses, the dimensioning of ventilation systems, and the selection of suitable devices and components. Additionally, you will contribute to tenders, approval procedures, technical coordination, and support the execution through to acceptance.
Responsibilities:
Planning and handling of demanding ventilation and air conditioning systems for new build, conversion, and renovation projects
Creation of preliminary project, construction project, tender, execution, and detail plans
Modelling and technical planning with Autodesk Revit / MEP as well as processing CAD documents
Project handling along the relevant SIA phases from design to acceptance
Performing technical calculations for air volumes, pressure losses, and indoor climate
Dimensioning of air ducts, devices, fittings, and building services components
Creation of system schematics, technical documentation, and calculation reports
Preparation of tenders, specifications, and functional tender documents
Creation and coordination of necessary applications and approval documents
Participation in project and coordination meetings with architecture, specialist planning, and client
Support in site supervision, execution controls, acceptance, and commissioning
Ensuring planning complies with relevant SIA standards and Swiss building services standards
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Building Services Planner: Ventilation EFZ or comparable building services qualification
Further education at HF Building Services level is an advantage
Knowledge in planning and dimensioning of ventilation and air conditioning systems
Experience with Autodesk Revit / MEP and AutoCAD is an advantage
Knowledge of air volume and pressure loss calculations as well as relevant SIA standards
Good user skills in Microsoft 365
Good German language skills for technical documentation and project management
