Project Manager Climate/Large Heat Pumps 100% (m/f)
With these tasks, you ensure happy customers:
- You manage projects in the field of climate/large heat pumps from order acceptance to successful commissioning
- You create schedules, organise successful kickoff meetings, coordinate all project participants, and ensure timely and technical implementation
- You organise and coordinate factory acceptance tests, transports, commissioning, and customer instructions
- You review technical changes, coordinate these with customers and suppliers, and conduct renegotiations if necessary
- You prepare post-calculations, invoice services rendered, and identify additional sales opportunities
- You support our customers even after project completion, sell service and maintenance contracts, and assist the service team during the warranty period
For our mutual success, you bring:
- a technical basic education in refrigeration, climate, heating, or building technology (HVAC)
- experience in successfully managing and coordinating technical projects
- you work independently, in a structured manner, and keep an overview even in demanding situations
- confident communication with customers, suppliers, and internal specialists
- you act proactively, customer- and solution-oriented, and recognise potential for additional sales
- you are a team player, take responsibility, and show initiative as well as entrepreneurial thinking
