Financial Accountant 80% (m/f/d)

- You lead the general ledger accounting and take care of booking all business transactions.
- You prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to the guidelines of the Swiss Code of Obligations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- You take over accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting to ensure all payments are processed correctly and on time.
- You monitor and control payment runs as well as open items to ensure everything stays on track.
- You support budget planning and monitoring to achieve financial goals.
- You prepare financial reports and analyses for management to enable informed decisions.
- You coordinate and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- You are the contact person for all questions regarding taxes and social security and provide clarity in these areas.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training is present.
- You have completed further training as a financial accountant or acquired a comparable qualification.
- You bring solid knowledge of Abacus and are confident and experienced with MS Office.
- Preparation of annual financial statements is one of your strengths.
- You are characterised by a pronounced analytical thinking ability and a high level of attention to detail.
- You enjoy working in a team but are also capable of working independently.
- Experience in a similar working environment would be an advantage.
- Your German skills are very good in spoken and written form, and English skills are an additional plus.
