In addition to your assignments at the General Agency, you will also get to know various departments at our headquarters, giving you a comprehensive insight into the diverse world of Visana.

Your tasks

• You maintain customer files, process insurance applications, and carry out changes
• You personally, telephonically, and in writing support customers
• You clarify benefits with medical practices, hospitals, and other partners
• You welcome visitors at the counter and assist with telephone service
• You accompany sales and consultation meetings, prepare offers, and arrange customer appointments

Your profile

• You have completed primary school with good results and have already passed the Multicheck test for Commercial Employees EFZ
• You find it easy to make contact and have an outgoing personality
• You enjoy working on the computer and are familiar with MS Office
• You are enthusiastic, motivated, and have a high level of commitment
