As part of the development of our activities, particularly in German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our managers and employees throughout their journey within the company.

Your mission:
- Advise and support managers on all HR issues: organisation, team development, performance management, individual situations and labour relations.
- Support employees throughout their professional journey and contribute to a positive and coherent employee experience.
- Manage recruitment within your scope, from identifying needs to integrating new employees.
- Support talent development, internal mobility and career paths, while assisting in acquiring tomorrow’s skills and succession planning.
- Actively participate in HR processes: salary reviews, performance evaluations, workforce planning and talent management, as well as administrative support and payroll management.
- Establish and analyse HR indicators and provide pragmatic recommendations.
- Ensure consistent application of Swiss legislation, internal policies and good HR practices.
- Contribute to HR development projects and continuous improvement of our processes and tools. Support organisational transformations and change projects while fostering team engagement.

Based at our headquarters in Gland with mobility across our sites in French-speaking or German-speaking Switzerland.

Your skills and talents:
- Recognised training in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in an HR role, ideally as a Business Partner or HR generalist.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR practices.
- Fluent French and very good English skills (minimum C1), German is a major asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability and aptitude to build trustful relationships.
- Ability to influence, challenge managers with kindness and support change.
- Pragmatic approach, autonomy and strong solution orientation.
- Strong preference for fieldwork and availability for travel to our various sites in French-speaking or German-speaking Switzerland.
