Business Development Assistant Real Estate - Bern (80-100 %)
We are in a phase of dynamic growth. To strengthen our business development and industry team in Bern, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced professional with assistant skills and solid real estate knowledge.
What you can achieve with us
• Project coordination: Support in handling real estate acquisition projects as well as coordination of complex information on markets, properties and competition.
• Management support: Administrative support for 3 executives (client relations, agenda, correspondence, travel organisation, invoice processing).
• Interface management: Coordination between acquisition, project development, clients and internal departments in close collaboration with real estate project managers; monitoring decision-making processes and organising meetings.
• Presentation preparation: Processing information into concise presentation and analysis formats (MS Office).
What you bring with you
• You have experience in preparing decision and acquisition dossiers as well as very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of the Swiss real estate market is an advantage.
• You work in a structured, independent and careful manner, have strong organisational and communication skills and keep an overview even with several parallel topics.
• You are a trustworthy, committed and positive personality.
• You present yourself professionally and confidently to clients, partners, project teams and management bodies and are characterised by a high customer and service orientation as well as a solution- and team-oriented working style.
• You have very good German and French language skills, both spoken and written, and feel comfortable in a bilingual environment. The workplace is Bern; the workload is 80–100 %.
