For a versatile IT environment, an experienced individual is sought who ensures the stable operation of modern client, server, and cloud infrastructures. You will take responsibility for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, as well as central tasks around security, support, and system administration.
Besides operational management, you will participate in projects, migrations, and rollouts and coordinate external partners as needed. The position offers a lot of personal responsibility and the opportunity to actively further develop the existing IT landscape.
Responsibilities:
Installation, configuration, and support of clients, mobile devices, servers, and peripheral systems
Operation and monitoring of Microsoft, cloud, and M365 infrastructures including Entra ID and Intune
Analysis and resolution of faults as well as ensuring a stable and secure IT operation
Administration of user accounts and permissions as well as implementation of IT security requirements
Participation in IT projects, rollouts, migrations, and technical developments
Coordination of external service providers and suppliers as well as support of departments with applications and interfaces
Qualifications:
Completed IT training, ideally IT specialist EFZ
Further education in IT at HF, FH, or comparable level is an advantage
Several years of experience in the operation and support of IT infrastructures
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
Experience with client, server, mobile, and peripheral environments
Knowledge of IT security, permission management as well as asset, licence, and configuration management
Experience with IT projects, rollouts, and migrations
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a strong service orientation
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
