You accompany companies in the introduction, adaptation, and further development of Abacus solutions and support them in making their business processes more efficient.
You analyse operational processes, identify optimisation potentials, and develop suitable ERP concepts which you implement together with the specialist departments.
You advise users on professional and technical questions regarding Abacus and support them in the optimal use of the software.
You coordinate system adjustments, accompany updates and expansions, and take on tasks from requirements gathering to implementation and testing.
You create practice-oriented documentation, conduct user training, and support the continuous improvement of ERP processes.
Qualifications:
You have completed higher education in a commercial, business, technical, or IT-related field or have a comparable qualification.
You bring experience in the ERP environment and ideally have already worked with Abacus – for example, in consulting, support, or as a key user.
You understand business contexts and can translate requirements from various specialist areas into suitable ERP solutions.
You are interested in digitalisation and process optimisation, enjoy familiarising yourself with new functions, and approach tasks in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
You communicate confidently with different contacts, work independently, and convince with your service-oriented and reliable working style.
