Role:
In this role, you design modern Dynamics ERP solutions that map business processes efficiently and future-proof. You analyse requirements, design technical solutions and implement them through tailored adjustments and extensions of the Dynamics ERP environment. You are responsible for the entire development cycle from implementation through testing to documentation. You work closely with departments to translate complex processes into performant and stable ERP functions. With your professional level, you bring in best practices and ensure continuous optimisation of the existing system landscape.
Responsibilities:
- You further develop our ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV 2018), operate it and manage relevant interfaces.
- In this role, you take the helm in change, release and incident management.
- You work closely with our business analysts and the NAV service provider and ensure clear, reliable communication.
- As a software developer for Dynamics ERP, you ensure rapid support at 1st and 2nd level.
- You actively participate in the IT on-call service and thus contribute to the high availability of our systems.
Qualifications:
- Completed IT training and good understanding of economic contexts
- Solid experience in programming and configuring Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Confident handling of SQL databases
- Ideally additional know-how in omnichannel retail
- Solution-oriented, pragmatic working style with a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to take responsibility and drive topics independently
