Your Tasks

• You accompany ward rounds and carefully record relevant information.
• You document courses, prescriptions, and registrations completely and punctually.
• You coordinate discharges and prepare the associated documents for a smooth transition.
• You answer telephone enquiries and forward them to the responsible departments.
• You arrange appointments and register consultations, X-ray examinations, and therapies with internal and external departments.
• You are the administrative contact point for nursing and support the team in daily ward operations.
• You participate in quality measures, reports, and studies and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Your Profile

• You have completed training as an MPA EFZ. For foreign qualifications, you have Swiss recognition.
• You bring initial professional experience as an MPA, in medical practice assistance, or in a comparable role.
• You organise your work in a structured manner and reliably set priorities.
• You remain flexible when processes change at short notice.
• You communicate in a friendly and binding manner with doctors, nursing professionals, as well as internal and external departments.
• You work confidently with performance recording systems and Office applications.
