Internal Sales Clerk

On behalf of our clients, we are currently looking for a:

Internal Sales Clerk (a)

Your tasks:

• Technical product consulting and sales, industry and visual communication
• Recording and processing orders as well as enquiries in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations, clarification of technical and commercial details
• Organisational relief and support of the field sales team
• Coordination of interfaces with purchasing, warehouse, suppliers
• Active participation in the optimisation of sales processes and digitalisation projects

Your skills:

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Professional experience in sales/customer service
• Enthusiasm for visual communication and technical plastic products
• Very good French and good German skills
• Efficient, precise working style with a strong team orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
