Our client is a Valais-based company active in the bakery sector. As part of a temporary replacement for maternity leave, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist at 40–50% to join their team.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You will ensure the complete management of payroll
• You will handle social insurances and associated administrative procedures
• You will supervise the various stages of the monthly payroll process
• You will be responsible for the year-end closing and finalisation
• You will participate in a project related to the evolution of the payroll process

You offer your new employer

• You hold a commercial employee CFC, ideally complemented by specialised training in payroll/HR
• You have at least 5 years of experience in payroll management
• You are proficient in Swiss social insurances and payroll processes
• You are comfortable with independently managing payroll for a volume of around 500 employees
• You demonstrate flexibility, rigour and resilience in your work
