Job Description
In this exciting position, you are the main person responsible as project manager for the leadership and organisation of building construction projects, single-family houses, multi-family houses as well as commercial and industrial buildings.- You lead and coordinate project teams and work closely with internal and external specialist planners.
- Your tasks include scheduling, cost and quality control throughout the entire project duration.
- You are the central communication interface between clients, authorities, customers, contractors and planners.
- In addition, you support customers and tenants with project-related clarifications and are responsible for 2 to 3 parallel projects, supported by experienced site managers.
- Your ability to manage complex projects while considering the needs of all parties involved will be crucial to the success of your projects.

We Expect
Our client offers you demanding and varied construction projects with attractive working conditions, including a 41.5-hour week and free Friday afternoons.- You have training as a site manager or are undergoing further training for this role.
- Committed professionals willing to undertake part-time further training to become a site manager are also welcome.
- Initial experience as a construction or project manager in building construction is an advantage.
- You are characterised by a structured and independent way of working.
- High social competence, assertiveness and a confident manner are natural for you.
- In addition, you enjoy working in a team and with different stakeholders.
