ERP Business Application Owner (m/f/d)

Role:
Maintaining a stable ERP landscape across several countries while continuing to develop it requires oversight and decisiveness. This is exactly where the position of ERP Business Application Owner comes in. The focus is on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You lead application specialists professionally, manage external partners, and bring rollouts to completion. Those who understand industrial processes and translate between the business department and IT will find plenty of scope for shaping here.
Responsibilities:
You ensure stable operation of the ERP systems, keep documentation up to date, and plan the next expansion steps.
As the technical contact person for the globally used ERP platform, you are responsible for planning and implementing rollouts.
Furthermore, you lead IT projects and subprojects and support demanding initiatives within the network.
You resolve user requests across all support levels and advise on process-related questions within the system.
Additionally, you manage cross-country coordination of service providers and suppliers.
You also further develop the specialist team, promote knowledge exchange, and manage resources and capacities.
Qualifications:
You have completed a degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, economics, or an equivalent qualification.
You are confident in Dynamics 365 FSCM, ideally with leadership experience.
Knowledge of Business Central and application management complements your profile.
You bring experience in leading ERP projects as well as a good understanding of production and logistics processes.
Furthermore, you appreciate working with international contacts and work flexibly in a hybrid model.
You are also fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
