Digital transformation requires people who connect technology, strategy, and business development. We are looking for a personality who designs modern IT landscapes, drives innovative projects forward, and develops sustainable solutions with foresight.
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of modern IT architectures for hybrid infrastructure, cloud, and platform solutions
Definition and further development of IT governance, security standards, and technical guidelines
Preparation of well-founded decision bases for strategic technology and digitalisation initiatives
Management of IT risk and further development of compliance and governance processes
Close collaboration with digitalisation, specialist, and IT teams to successfully implement innovative projects
Leadership of demanding transformation and ICT projects using agile methods and Hermes
Responsibility for technology lifecycle management and sustainable innovation strategies
Identification of optimisation potentials and continuous improvement of processes and services
Promotion of modern technologies such as cloud computing, automation, AI, and cyber security
Qualifications:
Higher education in computer science, business informatics, or ICT
Several years of experience in IT architecture, digitalisation, or ICT strategy
Practical experience in leading complex projects according to Hermes or agile project methods
Knowledge of IT governance, information security, and risk management
Analytical thinking and strong conceptual skills
Communicative personality with high consulting competence
Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and digital business models
Enjoyment of continuous learning and knowledge exchange
