As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for: a Female Technician or a Male IT Support Technician N2
You will join a dynamic team at the heart of our service centre, composed of around forty technicians and engineers, and play a key role in customer satisfaction.
As an N2 support technician, you will work on varied and stimulating environments, bringing your technical expertise and sense of service. The position is based in Meyrin and involves travel to our clients for on-site interventions or local support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve level 2 support tickets
- Provide technical assistance (by phone or email) and on-site support at clients’ premises
- Maintain IT infrastructures
- Perform installation, deployment and maintenance of workstations
- Contribute to enriching and updating the knowledge base
Profile sought:
- Minimum Federal VET Diploma in IT (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years’ experience within an internal technical service or a service company in an equivalent position (advanced technician or system and network administrator)
- Written and spoken fluency in French
- English, minimum B1 level
- Driving licence essential
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in Windows 11 / Terminal Server (TS) and VDI environments
- Strong knowledge of AD and Azure environments o Administration of Windows Server (DHCP, DNS, File server, RDS, PowerShell...)
- Understanding of fundamental Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration concepts
- Basic knowledge of network connectivity concepts (firewall, web filtering, VLAN, routing, VPN, WiFi...)
- Workstation administration (software deployment, access rights management, security...)
- Experience in backup and restoration
- Familiarity with ticket management tools (Service Desk - ManageEngine, a plus)
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices (Foundation certification, a plus)
