Our solutions stand out for their great flexibility and numerous configuration and customisation options, allowing them to be adapted to the needs and work processes of each client.
To strengthen our team and support its development, we are looking for an experienced IT technician, capable of bringing technical knowledge, sharing experience with colleagues, and gradually taking on responsibilities in client support and project management.
Your main tasks
The core of your activity will be level 2 IT support and technical follow-up of our clients.
You will be expected to:

- Train and support users in the use of our software and their IT environment.
- Configure and customise our software according to client needs.
