As a Senior Engineer or Overall Project Manager, you take responsibility for demanding projects in the field of hydraulic engineering and hydropower – from the initial idea to successful implementation. You work with interdisciplinary teams, external partners, and state-of-the-art technology on sustainable energy solutions for the future.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• You lead interdisciplinary projects primarily in the field of hydraulic engineering and hydropower

• You coordinate internal and external specialist planners as well as various project participants

• You independently handle complex tasks across all project phases

• You ensure costs, deadlines, and quality

• You lead external planning offices and companies if required

• You work closely with authorities, specialist offices, associations, and project teams

Profile & Requirements:

• Degree as Dipl. Civil Engineer ETH / FH / TU

• Several years of experience as a project manager in hydraulic engineering, structural analysis, geotechnics, or in the project management of infrastructure projects in general

• Experience in leading complex projects with interdisciplinary teams

• Structured and independent working style

• Strategic and conceptual thinking

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork

• Good German skills (written & spoken)

About the team:

We work on highly topical issues that sustainably benefit our energy future and advance us socially. Our team in the Construction Department has broad expertise and successfully implements projects primarily in the field of hydraulic engineering and hydropower, especially in the Axpo power plant park. We offer an open, progressive, and collegial working atmosphere in a professional and dynamic environment. There is the possibility of up to 40% home office.
