Security Analyst (m/f/d)

The scope of work includes security consulting, operating a state-of-the-art Security Operations Centre, as well as designing and implementing customised security solutions for networks, cloud environments, and applications. Development of qualitative security solution proposals and decision bases considering economic, organisational, and technical requirements
Collaboration with various departments and teams such as Threat Hunting (TH), Threat Intelligence (TI), and Incident Response (IR)
Installation and integration of security components as well as creation and maintenance of test concepts for ICT security
Creation, review, and further development of security, operational, and monitoring policies
Planning, execution, and documentation of security tests as well as analysis and evaluation of identified vulnerabilities
Development of new detection and alerting mechanisms to identify threats and support with security service reporting
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with further education at HF level or equivalent
Initial professional experience as a security analyst and practical experience handling security incidents
Good knowledge of IT infrastructures, especially networks, virtualisation, and security
Strong analytical and interdisciplinary thinking skills
Entrepreneurial, independent and quality-oriented working style with a strong customer and result focus
Very good German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
